A Florida native, Kimberly attended the University of Central Florida where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Technical Education and Industry Training and her Master of Arts Degree in Career and Technical Education. She also received her Certification in Healthcare Continuing Professional Development in 2018.
Kimberly has worked in the Health and Insurance Industry since 1992, is an active member of the North Florida Health Initiative Coalition, serves as the Chairman on the Nassau County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, is a member of the Development Council at Baptist Medical Center Nassau, and has been a member of the Forbes Business Council since 2023. Kimberly also serves as a member of the National Small Business Association Leadership Council and advocates for the Small Business Community. Her experience in healthcare, medical insurance, education, and customer service provides Nelson and Associates Insurance with the most up-to-date information regarding Federal regulations in the health insurance industry, property and casualty industry, current health trends, group benefits, and education for customers and communities across America. Robin is a native of Nassau County and resides in Hilliard with her husband, Lance. She is currently studying for her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at Indian River State College and serves on the Board of Directors for the Nassau Habitat for Humanity. Savanna has a wide array of knowledge in the medical field. Graduating from Fernandina Beach High School, Florida State University (Bachelor's), and the University of North Florida (Master's), as a Licensed Certified Athletic Trainer, she has cared for high school, college, and NFL athletes. Her passion for healthcare led her to the health insurance field, where she strives to provide her knowledge in the medical industry alongside her expertise in Medicare products to the Nassau County community. In 2023, Savanna earned her AHIP Certification and continues to pursue lifelong learning strategies to provide her customers with the most up-to-date information. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the First Coast YMCA at Wildlight, hosts "Trivia" monthly at the Nassau County Council on Aging, and enjoys raising her 2-year-old son, Cooper, and her new daughter, Reagan. Savanna is detail-oriented and loves meeting new people. Her expertise makes her a crucial part of the Nelson and Associates Insurance team, as she works to serve the OVER 65 community.

Bryce began his career in Insurance in 2021. He graduated from Fernandina Beach High School in 2018 and earned his Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Indian River State College. In 2024, his vision for education and insurance merged, igniting the vision and implementation of the Insurance Learning Academy.
Aside from his daily duties of offering the pre-licensing course to those who wish to become licensed health agents, he enjoys his role as the Assistant Head Coach- Offensive Coordinator at his alma mater, Fernandina Beach High School. He shares the passion of coaching with his wife, Shelby, who is a 2nd Grade Teacher at Wildlight Elementary and is an Assistant Coach for the Fernandina Beach High School Cheerleading Team. The two love their rescued dog, Nole, and are very active at the Anchor Church in Callahan.
