A Florida native, Kimberly attended the University of Central Florida where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Technical Education and Industry Training and her Master of Arts Degree in Career and Technical Education. She also received her Certification in Healthcare Continuing Professional Development in 2018.
Kimberly has worked in the Health and Insurance Industry since 1992, is an active member of the North Florida Health Initiative Coalition, serves on the Nassau County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Development Council at Baptist Medical Center Nassau, and has been a member of the Forbes Business Council since 2023. Kimberly also serves as a member of the National Small Business Association Leadership Council and advocates for the Small Business Community. Her experience in healthcare, medical insurance, education, and customer service provides Nelson and Associates Insurance with the most up-to-date information regarding Federal regulations in the health insurance industry, current health trends, individual health insurance, group benefits, and education for customers and communities across America. Robin is a Nassau County native and resides in Hilliard with her husband Lance. She is currently studying for her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at Indian River State College and serves on the Board of Directors for the Nassau Habitat for Humanity. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her fur babies.
Robin's fight with Leukemia led her to work with Nelson and Associates Insurance since the company's inception. She would characterize herself as a hard-working agent who is dedicated to exceptional customer service. Her expertise in Individual and Family Health Insurance has awarded her the Elite Marketplace Circle of Champions in 2022, 2023, and 2024.

Katie received her Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Journalism from the University of North Florida. You can find her in front of and behind the camera both in the studio or out in the community. She has several years of experience in marketing, broadcast journalism and video production. She even interned with Jacksonville's THE local news station News4Jax (WJXT). Her expertise in the field of Communications and her title of Licensed Health Agent allows us to offer accredited internships under her guidance.

Savanna has a wide array of knowledge in the medical field. Graduating from Fernandina Beach High School, Florida State University (Bachelor's), and the University of North Florida (Master's), as a Licensed Certified Athletic Trainer, she has cared for high school, college, and NFL athletes. Her passion for healthcare led her to the health insurance field, where she strives to provide her knowledge in the medical industry alongside her expertise in Medicare products to the Nassau County community. In 2023, Savanna earned her AHIP Certification and continues to pursue lifelong learning strategies in order to offer the most up-to-date information to her customers. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the First Coast YMCA at Wildlight, hosts "Trivia" monthly at the Nassau County Council on Aging, and enjoys raising her 1-year-old son, Cooper. Savanna is detail-oriented and loves meeting new people. Her expertise makes her a crucial part of the Nelson and Associates Insurance team, as she works to serve the OVER 65 community.

Morgan Wilson | Dental and Vision Sales

During her Senior year at West Nassau High School, Morgan began volunteering with Nelson and Associates Insurance during their community outreach programs. She began working as a receptionist and decided to make a career in the Health Insurance industry by obtaining her Life and Health Insurance License in November of 2022, then became the Dental and Vision Department Agent in February of 2023. Morgan received her Associate in Arts Degree from Florida State College of Jacksonville in April of 2024, and will begin her Bachelor's Degree at Florida State College of Jacksonville in the Supervision and Management Program. Morgan is also a Licensed Life and Health Agent in the state of Georgia and offers products to residents of Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia.
